Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Available shipping methods, carriers, and rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location. Expedited or international express shipping options are currently not available.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. These estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Dulcis Heaven is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, an email will be sent with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an error is noticed, email dulcis.heaven@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, changes or refunds cannot be guaranteed for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to select regions. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at dulcis.heaven@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at the nearest courier pickup location. You will be notified via email or SMS.
• You have 14 days to collect your parcel.
• If unclaimed, you may have an additional 7 days to file a claim.
• If no contact is made within this period, Dulcis Heaven may treat this as an abandonment of goods, and we reserve the right to charge handling or restocking fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact dulcis.heaven@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that all claims must be supported by photos and shipping documentation.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in shipping charges and are non-refundable.
